CAA Global was founded on the belief that resilience, integrity, and community-minded service can shape better outcomes for both public and private organisations.

Our journey began in the world of family business and community service. Growing up, our founder was surrounded by the values of entrepreneurship and giving back, lessons learned from a father who was both a business leader and a pillar of the community. When circumstances changed and the family businesses was closed after his demise in 2004, those early experiences became a foundation for navigating new challenges with determination and care.

Starting over in Australia brought its own set of hurdles. Adapting to a new country and culture, our founder pursued studies in Accounting, Finance and Information Technology, developing a deep respect for transparency, accountability, and the positive impact of public institutions.

These experiences shaped CAA Global’s approach: we understand what it means to manage real responsibilities, adapt to change, and make decisions that affect not just businesses, but families and communities.
